About Us

I began my real estate career back in Indiana in the early 80's. When I moved to Arizona I decided it was time to get back into the real estate field so with almost 20 years of real estate experience; I'm ready to work for you! 

In Indiana, I began my salesperson career and then 1992 I decided it was time to open my own company so I went back to school and got my Broker's License and opened Hull Realty.  

I owned Hull Realty from 1992 to 2002 when my husband and I retired and moved to Palm Springs, California. We were retired from 2002 until 2008 when we decided to go back to work - he went back into forklifts and I went back into real estate.

Now I'm with HomeSmart (the largest real estate company in the Southwest). I have never had a problem with "change" which, in this industry, is a good thing! I am also an advocate for continuing education - I take almost everything I can get my hands on or have the time for. I have several designations (see below) and will never stop learning. I can't be the best for you if I don't keep learning what's new out there. Of course, my classes aren't done - continuing education will go on and I will take classes that will better serve me in the industry which, in turn, means I will be able to better serve you! 

I just took and passed my Arizona Broker's Exam and am now an Associate Broker with HomeSmart!
